So is this love? I’ve never felt like this before. No man has ever understood me the way you do, in ways I hadn’t realized myself.

You encourage me to choose me. You steady me when I falter. You ground me when I am floating. You see me, really see me.

You have found your way past my barriers and into my heart.

I find myself wondering how I have fallen so hard and fast for someone I know so little about. You have not told me all your secrets. And I have not shared everything that makes me who I am.

And still, we fit together. When we are apart, we can't wait to be back together again.

We talk for hours, and yet, I feel like there is so much more to say.

I feel safe with you. I trust you.This feeling scares me. I submit to your will, your desires, my desires, your guidance, your calm, your storm…to the very essence of you.

You accept me flaws and all. You see the dark parts of me that I try to hide. The splinters in the frame. The cracks in the walls. The dirt under the carpet. You see the shadows and you welcome them.

I have welcome your darkness, the places that no one dares to go. Your splintered frame, your cracked walls, your dirty corners.

There are no illusions between us. No facades. There is no hiding behind pretense. We are raw. We are honest. We are open. We are vulnerable.

In this, I feel free. In this, I feel alive. In this, I have no doubt. In this, I have no fear.

I revel in your dominance, your possessiveness, your energy, your spirit…your very essence. Finding no shame or hesitance to share the blessing that you are.

You are my calm.

You are my chaos.

I will walk beside you, wherever life may lead us. I will love me, I will love you, and I will accept your love. Be honest, be open, be vulnerable, be true…be yours.
